General Terms & Definitions

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Winnings from a bonus must meet a 10x wagering requirement before withdrawal. This applies to the bonus amount only — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing (৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000).

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Claiming the same bonus more than once, placing coordinated bets to exploit bonus mechanics, or any other fraudulent activity may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

4.4 Promotion Validity

Each promotion or bonus offer may have its own validity period and specific terms. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, unused bonuses will expire.

9.2 Consequences of Account Termination

If an account is terminated due to a rule violation, any remaining bonus balance and winnings earned from bonuses will be forfeited. However, if any genuine deposit (not bonus funds) remains, arrangements will be made to return it, subject to verification.
